6:00 Defining a Group

Group: "A group is two or more individuals interacting, in which
the existence of all (the existence of the group as a group) is
necessary for the needs of the individual group members to be
satisfied." (Hersey, Blanchard, & Johnson, p. 318).

Group (sociology): "In sociology, a group is usually defined as
a collection of humans or animals, who share certain characteristics,
interact with one another, accept expectations and obligations as
members of the group, and share a common identity" ("group
[sociology]," 2007, ΒΆ 1).

assessment.

Assignable: Specify who will do it. (Some have substituted
"adjustable" for the "A" in smart)

Realistic: What can be achieved. Shoot for the stars?
